Public consultation on two key West End projects
Complete the surveys to have your say!
Two important public consultations are currently underway:
1. The redevelopment of the West End Waterfront, which includes Beach Avenue Bikeway, the sea wall bike path and the entire waterside park from Burrard Bridge to Stanley Park.
Information and link to the survey here! Deadline for completing the survey: June 1.
2. The redevelopment of the whole block of West End Community Centre, King George Secondary School and the Joe Fortes Library.
Information and link to the survey here! Survey opens May 18.
We encourage you to complete the surveys and attend the public consultation events - and your kids too! The opinions of children are really powerful because they don't usually participate in public consultation processes in significant numbers.
Thank you for helping to make sure these projects are designed well to provide maximum benefit to the West End & Downtown community.

We bought the School a New Dishwasher!
At our PAC General Meeting on October 12, parents voted to donate $5000 to the school to fund the purchase of a new industrial dishwasher! The old dishwasher would have cost thousands of dollars and a lot of time to repair and Lunch LAB could not start this year until it was working. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to PAC Fundraising - it really makes a difference to our kids.
