You Are Invited - Roberts Winter Market - Thursday

11/26/2019

Dear Parents,

Your Parent Advisory Council is excited to host our first ever Winter Market this Thursday!

If you are driving, to ensure the safety of children on this extra busy day, we recommend parking a block away and walking. Whether you walk, bike or drive, consider entering or leaving the school from Pendrell to avoid congestion on Comox. The days are getting dark earlier and earlier so please drive carefully and plan for extra time.
So that parents can pick up their wreaths, poinsettias and chocolates after either of the primary concerts, the market will be open from 3pm to 7pm.

The Primary Holiday Concerts are at 2:30pm and 6:30pm. If your child is performing, they will need to be back at school for 5:45 to get ready for the evening show.

On behalf of the entire PAC I would like to extend a HUGE thank you to our volunteers for making this possible. From cutting out snowflakes, to setting up tents, to organizing orders events at our school happen because parents like you contribute their time. Thank you!

And a special thank you to PAC Fundraiser
extraordinaire Holly Paddon! She is the reason we are able to host these events that bring our school community together.

See you Thursday! (I’ll be one of the parents up a ladder putting up lights).

Sincerely,

Ian Rowe
Chair Lord Roberts Elementary
