WHAT WE DO

Our school Parent Advisory Council (PAC) contributes to achieving the best possible educational experience for students by promoting the involvement of parents and caregivers. You are automatically a member of PAC when you register your child in the school.
The PAC is a non-profit organisation that:
  • Advises the school principal and staff on parental views about school programs, policies and activities
  • Promotes cooperation between the home and the school for the education of our children
  • Assists parents in accessing the educational system and advocates on behalf of parents and students
  • Organises PAC activities, events and programs

Research shows that children perform better at school when their families are involved. Get involved and stay updated by:
  1. Signing up to receive PAC emails by filling in this electronic form:  https://forms.gle/zzUPd29T1vsE98WE8
  2. Downloading the Signal messaging app and signing up to the parent/caregiver Division chat group for your children's classes.
  3. Joining our monthly PAC meetings that are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Meetings may involve an update from and questions and answers with the principal, voting on spending, learning about school initiatives, meeting a new teacher etc.
  4. Following the PAC's social media on Facebook and Twitter.
  5. Volunteering at PAC events, programs and activities. Please volunteer!

We welcome input and suggestions at any time. Messages may be left in the PAC mailbox at the school office or by contacting us on line.
We gratefully live, work and play on the unceded and traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples – sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) nations.
